CANCELLATION POLICY
We are happy to issue a full refund if we receive your request before August 1, 2016. A 50% cancellation fee will be applied if you cancel your registration on or before August 26, 2016. Cancellations received on or after August 27, 2016, including no-shows, will result in 100% forfeiture of fees paid. Registrations may not be reinstated once they have been cancelled. If you wish to re-register, the current registration fee will apply. Please note that you will also need to contact the hotel directly to cancel your reservation.
